Spring class times
Spring Schedule begins January 4th
Our high energy beginner classes introduce gymnasts to the fundamental skills, body shapes and concepts of gymnastics. Class events include: vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline and tumble track. Beginner classes are 60 minutes long and can be taken once or twice a week.
Our intermediate classes build on the concepts and skills taught in the beginner class, while introducing some more challenging basic skills. This level also includes more strength and flexibility training. Classes are kept small to accommodate multiple levels and ensure that each athlete receives the attention they need.

How do I know which class to enroll in?
For students who want to enter Intermediate or higher we offer a free evaluation and placement session. Just contact the office to set up a time with one of our instructors.
Our recreational classes start with a 15 minute physical preparation time. During this time students will do cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. After the warm-up, students will workout on three different gymnastics events that will rotate from week to week. The events include vault, bars, beam, tumbling, trampoline and dance. On these events they will learn a variety of skills that will help them through the sport of gymnastics and in any other activity they participate in.
