Level 1/2 T&T
Our Level 1/2 classes introduce athletes to the fundamental skills, body shapes and concepts of trampoline, double mini trampoline, and tumbling. (Yes, participants will learn how to flip in this class!!!) Level 1/2 classes are 60 min long and can be taken once or twice a week.
Level 3/4 T&T
Our Level 3/4 classes build on the concepts and skills taught in the beginner class, while introducing some more challenging skills, combinations, and flips. This level also integrates more strength, flexibility, and plyometric training. These classes are kept small to accommodate multiple levels and ensure that each athlete receives the attention they need. Some intermediate and advanced intermediate athletes will be invited to try out for our competitive team. These classes are 60 minutes long and can be taken once or twice a week. (Twice a week is recommended frequency for all intermediate and advanced intermediate athletes)
Power tumbling and trampoline have been a rapidly growing competitive sport for many years. Competitive trampoline is one of the most recently added events to the Summer Olympic Games. Our competitive team will participate as a discipline of USA Gymnastics competing in Levels 4-10, junior elite, and elite classifications. These classes are by invitation or tryout only and require a mastery of all prerequisite skills. For more information on our team classes please contact Kip Johnson, Trampoline and Tumbling Program Director.
