Withdrawal Policy for deposit option:
Just let us know by filling out a
withdrawal form
7 days before the session you wish to be your last. For last class date, please refer to the current Session Dates on the website at www.amplifygymnastics.com. Example: If you plan to make the March session your last, inform us in February, 7 days before the next session starts. This gives us adequate time to apply your deposit, and un-enroll them from the class. If you have not paid by the first week of the new session your deposit will be applied to that sessions tuition. In addition, a drop will be scheduled for the last day of that session. If you wish to keep your athlete enrolled, a new deposit will need to be applied.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!
Withdrawal Policy for ACH:
Just let us know by filling out a
withdrawal form
by the 15th day of the month you wish to be your last. For last class date, please refer to the current Session Dates on the website at www.amplifygymnastics.com. Example: if you plan to make March your last month, fill out form by March 15th. This gives us adequate time to stop your payment. Payments are stopped that day. If we are not informed by the 15th, all tuition charges will be applied on the first of the next month. Please keep in mind that Annual Registration is billed on your 1 year Anniversary and is pulled with tuition at that time. There are NO refunds, this includes, but not limited to tuition, annual registration, and taxes.
Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS
until the time you notify the staff VIA WITHDRAWAL FORM NOTICE. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes.
By filling out and submitting this form, you are withdrawing your child from his/her selected class, and reconfirming acceptance and knowledge of billing polices.
